Welcome to the Gift Card Terms & Conditions page for Enchanted Parks OpCo, LLC (“Enchanted Parks”). By purchasing, using, or accepting an Enchanted Parks gift card (“Gift Card”), you agree to the following terms, as well as all additional policies located at:

1. General Terms
- Non‑Refundable & Non‑Transferable: Gift Cards are non‑refundable and may not be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash, except where required by state law.
- No Cash Value: Gift Cards have no intrinsic cash value and may not be exchanged for currency.
- Lost or Stolen Cards: Enchanted Parks is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. Please treat Gift Cards like cash.
- No Expiration / No Fees: Enchanted Parks Gift Cards do not expire and carry no service or inactivity fees, consistent with federal CARD Act protections.
2. State‑Required Cash‑Back Rules
Some states require businesses to provide cash refunds for small remaining balances on gift cards. Below are the rules for states in which Enchanted Parks operates or sells gift cards.
Texas
- Cash refunds not required.
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
New York
- Cash refunds not required.
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
Missouri
- Cash refunds not required.
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
Minnesota
- Cash refunds not required.
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
Michigan
- Cash refunds not required.
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
New Jersey
- Cash refunds required for balances under $5.
- Enchanted Parks will issue a refund only when the remaining balance is less than $5, as required by state law.
3. Where Gift Cards Can Be Used
Gift Cards may be redeemed only for eligible purchases at participating Enchanted Parks locations and online storefronts. Additional restrictions or exclusions may apply during special events or with third‑party vendors.
4. Fraud & Misuse
Enchanted Parks reserves the right to deactivate, reject, or cancel a Gift Card if we suspect fraud, unauthorized use, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
5. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date above indicates the most recent revision. Changes will be posted on this page and apply to all Gift Cards from that date forward.
